This policy explains how VitaAvanza S.r.l. handles information in the Vita demo environment. The demo is intended for evaluation, pilot testing, and partner review.
Who controls the data
VitaAvanza S.r.l., based in Trento, Italy, is responsible for this demo environment. You can contact the team at hello@vitaavanza.com.
What the demo may process
The platform may process account details, onboarding answers, uploaded document metadata, messages sent to Lumen, generated artifacts, DVI status information, support workflow data, and technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How the data is used
Data is used to provide the demo features, generate personalized guidance, support document and action tracking, protect the service from abuse, debug errors, and improve product quality during pilot evaluation.
AI and human review
Lumen can generate guidance, summaries, checklists, maps, drafts, and documents. The system is not a lawyer and does not replace professional legal advice. Questions that create legal risk should be routed to verified experts or institutions.
How Vita is operated
The demo runs on VitaAvanza proprietary models, secure infrastructure, and internal monitoring systems. Operational data is used only to deliver the platform, protect the service, investigate failures, and improve the pilot experience.
Retention and deletion
Demo data should be kept only as long as needed for evaluation, support, security, or legal obligations. To request deletion or correction, contact the VitaAvanza team.
Your choices
You can avoid entering sensitive information in the demo, request correction or deletion of demo data, and ask the team what information is associated with your account.
