These terms apply to the Vita demo environment operated by VitaAvanza S.r.l. The demo is provided for evaluation, pilot use, and partner review.
Demo access
Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or removed by VitaAvanza. Users should not upload documents or personal information that are not needed for evaluation.
No legal advice
Vita and Lumen provide navigation, organization, drafts, and general information. They do not provide legal advice, do not replace a qualified professional, and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, immigration, financial, medical, or emergency decisions.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, for reviewing generated outputs before use, and for contacting verified institutions or qualified experts when a decision carries legal or practical risk.
Generated content
Lumen may generate emails, letters, checklists, summaries, images, maps, PDFs, and action plans. Generated content can be incomplete or wrong. Users must verify content before submitting it to a university, government office, employer, healthcare provider, or other institution.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, impersonate others, upload malicious files, attack the service, bypass rate limits, submit confidential third-party data without permission, or generate deceptive documents.
Availability
The demo is provided as a pilot system and may change quickly. VitaAvanza does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that every feature will remain enabled during evaluation.
